These terms govern your access to and use of the software Sirius makes, including Rayfield, the Sirius script, and RoScripts. By using any of it, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with part of them, do not use it.
Access and use
Everything we make is free to use. It is your responsibility to make sure your system meets the requirements to run it.
When using our software, you agree not to:
- Claim it as your own work, or otherwise misrepresent where it came from.
- Modify, distribute or use it in violation of its licence.
Licensing
Each project carries its own licence, and the licence file in its repository is the authoritative version. The Sirius script is MIT.
Feedback and support
We welcome suggestions. If you run into a problem or want to tell us something, reach us on Discord or by email.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Our software is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:
- Damage or problems caused by using it, including but not limited to incompatibility or loss of data.
- Ensuring it works on platforms we do not officially support.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access without prior notice if you break these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one on this page, and continuing to use our software after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising from them will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.
